We offer a variety of training options, including CrossFit Classes, One-on-One Personal Training for either 30 or 60 minute sessions, and Accessory Programming that can be performed in an Open Gym setting!

Red Hills CrossFit is made up of various athletes who all have one goal: to live a healthier life. Whether you have CrossFit experience or are officilally making that decision to take charge of your health, this is the gym for you.

With daily workouts that are scalable to all fitness levels, Private Training Sessions, 7 Day/Week Open Gym, and Accessory Programs, it is our hope and desire to see all of our members become stronger and healthier.

Between Group Classes and Open Gym, the possibilities are endless. Our spaces are conducive to Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, competition training, gymnastics skill work, cardiovascular training, recovery days, and all other programs or training styles.
