As many of you have noticed, we’ve recently been adding a SKILL day during each week. We’ve begun to include this programming so that as coaches, we are constantly helping our members get better at more complex skills. Over the course of the next weeks and months, you’ll see skills ranging from high level gymnastics, to barbell cycling and even to how to mentally approach different workouts.
We’ll be incorporating these for your benefit, so you should DEFINITELY try to be at the gym for these days. That being said, I know that life is full of the unexpected and sometimes it’s impossible to make it to the gym on these days. So I wanted to share some of the resources that we as coaches have compiled to help with learning these skills. Now I realize that not every cue, drill or progression will be applicable to everyone. So even though this is a great resource, I encourage you to do your own research as well.
