Open Gym at Red Hills CrossFit in Tallahassee, FL gives you the flexibility to train when it fits your schedule. Whether you're following your own program, making up a missed workout, or focusing on specific skills, you’ll have access to the equipment and space you need.
This option works well for experienced members or anyone who wants extra time outside of class to work on strength, conditioning, or mobility. You’ll still be part of the same community environment, with others training alongside you and pushing toward their goals.
